We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Head Chef to join our team at Entain. As a key member of our Bar and Catering Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals and fast food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen management and operations, ensuring seamless food production and customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement menu planning, stock ordering, and delivery strategies.
  • Ensure timely food preparation, adherence to cleaning rotas, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
  • Manage stock control, minimize wastage, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to contribute new ideas.
  • Deputize for the Head Chef as needed and ensure kitchen safety and hygiene standards are met.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in food hygiene and catering, such as BTEC HND in professional cookery or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality food production.
