Business Development Associate

£28K - £30K + Uncapped Commission + Benefits. Hybrid - 2-3 days/week in a dynamic office environment.
A well-established and innovative Software as a Service (SaaS) company, leaders in their field, are seeking an experienced Telesales Professional to join their successful Sales team at Kinetech.
Enjoy a hybrid working arrangement, an abundance of warm leads and inbound enquiries, along with a genuine and down-to-earth business that prioritizes its customers and employees.
Unique software solutions that are easy to get behind and sell, supported by a senior and capable sales team with an exceptional conversion rate.
As a key member of the Sales team, you will be tasked with booking appointments and will receive £35 per appointment booked and an additional £35 when converted. There is no minimum requirement and commissions are uncapped.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking meetings for Senior Business Development Manager.
- Lead generation via telesales and data research.
- Researching and building out data/contact lists using existing data and data tools.
- Bringing discipline to data management and coding within the business to create a robust go-to CRM for the sales team.
About You:
- Ideally, a proven track record in an appointment setting/telesales role, preferably within a similar industry - Tech/Software sales preferred but not essential.
- Will also consider candidates from other target-driven phone-based roles who are eager and willing to learn - customer service and account management experience welcome.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills.
