About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Business Development Team as a Business Development Associate. In this role, you will provide administrative commercial support to our Global Regulatory Services Business Development Team and front-line client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, prioritize, and process sales briefings received from the business development team
  • Prepare client correspondence, including quotations and associated contract documents
  • Receive, prioritize, verify, and process client applications
  • Work with the business development team and delivery team to effectively manage the quotation approval process and associated queries to improve the services provided to clients
  • Process fully approved client applications (sales packs) to operations team for delivery
  • Provide general administration support to the business development department as requested by the management team
  • Support and train the global sales support administration team as required
  • Undertake specific project work as required

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience within a commercial or customer-oriented field, ideally within the Life Sciences industry
  • Degree educated, ideally within a Life Sciences-related subject
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
