Job Title: Customer Service Technician

Job Summary:

Camlin Group is seeking a skilled Customer Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Services Function, you will utilize standardized techniques, tools, and practices to ensure high-quality repairs and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair Operations:
    • Full responsibility for completion of unit repair.
    • Repair completion using standardized techniques, tools, and practices.
    • Accurate completion of repair documentation.
    • Adoption of controlled documentation and instrumentation.
    • Accurate completion of online AYS administration.
    • Accurate work assessment completion prior to quote.
  • Customer Service:
    • Working closely with the Customer Service & Repair Team Lead & Manager, ensure all customer inquiries, complaints, and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
    • Handle escalated customer issues, working closely with the Customer Service & Repair Team Lead.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years previous work experience in a demanding repair engineering environment.
  • Qualified in Electrical/Electronic Engineering - HNC/HND level preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma Principles. Good IT skills.
