Job Title: Customer Service Technician

Job Summary:

Camlin Group is seeking a skilled Customer Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Services Function, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality repairs and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs using standardized techniques, tools, and practices.
  • Accurately complete repair documentation and adopt controlled documentation and instrumentation.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service & Repair Team Lead and Manager to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and work collaboratively with the team to resolve them.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a demanding repair engineering environment.
  • Qualified in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (HNC/HND level preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma principles and good IT skills.
