We are seeking a skilled Arborist Climber/Tree Surgeon to join our team of experienced professionals in MLT Recruitment Services. As a key member, you will be responsible for performing tree maintenance tasks such as pruning, thinning, felling, and shaping to ensure the health and safety of trees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out tree pruning, thinning, felling, and shaping activities
  2. Utilize advanced climbing techniques and equipment to access trees safely
  3. Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other tools to maintain and improve tree health
  4. Evaluate and address potential hazards to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  5. Provide expert advice to clients on tree care and management

About the Role:

  1. Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in arboriculture, with a strong understanding of tree health and safety standards
  2. Driving License: A full UK driving license is essential for this role
  3. Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and possess a high level of physical fitness
  4. Team Player: Collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills
