Maintenance of trees requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. As an Arborist Climber/Tree Surgeon in MLT Recruitment Services, you will oversee tree pruning, thinning, felling, and shaping operations while working closely with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage tree maintenance activities, including pruning, thinning, felling, and shaping
  2. Climb trees using advanced techniques and equipment to inspect and maintain branches
  3. Operate machinery, such as chainsaws and chippers, to maintain and improve tree health
  4. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
  5. Interact with clients to provide expert advice on tree care and management

About This Opportunity:

  1. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in arboriculture, with a deep understanding of tree health and safety principles
  2. Driving License: A valid full UK driving license is required for this role
  3. Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and possess good physical stamina
  4. Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills
