Care Specialist

We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team of support professionals in Wotter, CC / South West / South Devon. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of adults, delivering care that is truly person-centred.
As a Support Professional, you will be responsible for delivering daily tasks to ensure comfort and dignity, providing companionship, live-in care, promoting independence, medication support, and specialist clinical care. You will work closely with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, tailoring your approach to meet their individual requirements.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK, with the ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably. They will also possess a valid driver's licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle. Experience with complex care is desired but not essential, as full training will be provided.
The estimated salary for this role is £13,700 - £19,890 per annum, depending on shift and role.
