Enabling Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enabling Care Specialist to join our team at Salutem Care & Education. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, enabling care to individuals with diverse needs.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented and organised, and possess a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement person-centered support plans, promoting independence and managing risks.
- Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.
- Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs.
- Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed, person-centered records.
- Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self-administration.
