Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Academic Mentor to join our team. This role involves delivering one-to-one mentoring to students with Autism and ADHD, promoting strategies for independent learning and self-management.

The successful candidate will work closely with academic and professional services staff within the University to support students with diverse needs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tailored mentoring sessions to support students with Autism and ADHD
  • Liaise with academic and professional services staff to ensure effective student support
  • Develop and implement inclusive practices to promote student engagement and success

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in supporting students with disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
