Homes for Students Careers is a leading provider of student accommodation solutions in the UK.

We are seeking an Accommodation Services Coordinator to work at our Exeter One property in Exeter, performing 18 hours of work per week. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas to ensure a positive impression for visitors and deliver exceptional service to residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine and reactive cleaning duties across various student buildings, kitchen areas, offices, communal spaces, and toilets. This includes replenishing consumables while upholding high standards of hygiene.

A key aspect of this role is participating in our summer turnaround process, where we prepare the property for new students after saying goodbye to the previous intake.
