IBD Clinical Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an IBD Clinical Specialist. As a key member of the care team, you will be responsible for coordinating care for patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). This exciting opportunity involves working closely with the nursing team to develop specialist immunological treatments and managing home testing programs.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating surgical pathways and supporting patients throughout their journey. This includes providing information and guidance on advanced therapy treatments. With your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate care for patients with IBD
