Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Coordinator to join our IBD nursing team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating care through key transition points, managing home testing services, and organizing workload of advanced therapy treatments.
