Senior Sales and Member Retention Specialist

Job Summary
The Sales and Retention Manager is responsible for driving new member sales and retaining existing members to grow the live member movement. This role requires strong leadership qualities, adaptability in communication style, and a positive, solutions-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness and demonstrate elevated ways of working.
- Advocate for the FUNDAMENTALS sales process, leading by example and supporting the wider team to improve confidence and performance.
- Own the activity planners for the gym, ensuring they are thorough, well-planned, and executed.
- Implement strategies to increase lead generation both internally and externally.
- Monitor dashboards and KPIs, communicating key insights to the wider team.
- Drive all revenue lines from membership sales to product and secondary to drive profitability of the gym.
- Prepare and deliver monthly sales presentations to the wider management team.
