Partner Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Partner Growth Specialist to join our Network and Infrastructure Security team at Exertis Cybersecurity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with partners, driving growth and expansion into new markets or service lines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute joint business strategies with partners to drive growth and expansion into new markets or service lines.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners, providing guidance and support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Evaluate partner performance using data-driven insights, identifying growth opportunities and refining strategies based on market trends and competitive analysis.
- Equip partners with necessary training, resources, and certifications to enhance their capabilities and drive sales effectively.
- Align partner activities with internal teams, support marketing campaigns, and drive cross-selling opportunities to meet revenue and strategic targets.
- A strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct.
- A proven track record in business development, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
