Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze delivery times and accuracy to identify areas for improvement, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
  • Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries or packaging problems, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor freight shipments and coordinate with logistics partners to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Support the purchasing function by ensuring purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier invoices are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with inventory management software, warehouse management systems, and platforms such as Shopify.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
