Precision Machining Quality Lead

Austin Fraser is looking for a Precision Machining Quality Lead to join their team in Lancashire. The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum.
About the RoleThis is a senior position within the site management team, responsible for ensuring customer, supplier, and internal quality are at the forefront of all production by the company.
- The ideal candidate will have experience of quality management systems and inspections within a precision machining environment.
- Key responsibilities include administering and continually improving the Quality Management System, overseeing product development procedures, and implementing 5S and Kaizen principles.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of quality management systems and inspections.
- Excellent communication and liaison skills.
- Experience with CMM programming and first-off inspection would be advantageous.
