About the Role

Distinguished by their exceptional quality management skills, the ideal candidate will develop and implement effective quality control processes to meet customer needs and requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality control processes tailored to customer needs.
  • Continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Prioritize Customer, Supplier, and Internal Quality throughout production activities.
  • Monitor product development procedures to detect quality standard deviations.
  • Maintain precise documentation and conduct statistical analyses.
  • Adopt 5S, 6S, and other relevant Kaizen principles to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a key contact for quality-related matters.
  • Provide expert training on quality best practices to colleagues.
  • Oversight of the Measurement and Inspection process, encompassing decisions on staff competence and equipment accessibility.

A competitive salary of £55,000-£75,000 is offered, along with opportunities for growth and professional development in an inclusive work environment.
