Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Professional to join our team in Lancashire. As a leader in innovation, we specialize in precision CNC machined components with applications in various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement quality control processes aligned with customer needs and requirements.
  2. Administer and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
  3. Ensure Customer, Supplier, and Internal Quality are prioritized throughout all production activities.
  4. Oversee product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
  5. Maintain accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
  6. Implement 5S, 6S, and other relevant Kaizen principles.
  7. Serve as a liaison for Customer, Supplier, and Internal quality matters.
  8. Provide training on quality best practices to personnel.
  9. Manage the Measurement and Inspection process, including decisions on employee competence and equipment availability.

This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
