Patient Services Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled Patient Services Administrator to join our team at Nuffield Health Ipswich Hospital.

As a Patient Services Administrator, you will be responsible for handling enquiries and general queries, greeting and attending patients for Radiology appointments, and dealing with enquiries from patients, Consultants, GPs, and secretaries.

You will also be required to arrange Radiology appointments, distribute Radiology reports to referrers, and work with existing Radiology software systems to ensure high levels of data accuracy.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining databases, providing a range of secretarial services, and diary management.

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused individual who is passionate about great customer service. If you are able to manage, appraise, and interpret data, and present it in a timely and professional manner, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries and general queries
  • Greet and attend patients for Radiology appointments
  • Deal with enquiries from patients, Consultants, GPs, and secretaries
  • Arrange Radiology appointments
  • Distribute Radiology reports to referrers
  • Work with existing Radiology software systems
  • Maintain databases
  • Provide a range of secretarial services and diary management
