Estate Agency Sales Director

At Finders Keepers Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Estate Agency Sales Director to lead our Winchester office to success. With over 150 years of experience in selling residential property in London and South of England, our team is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a successful branch and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. They will be responsible for achieving branch targets, overseeing the recruitment process, and ensuring that all aspects of marketing new and existing properties are maintained.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
