Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled General Foreman/ Site Supervisor to oversee the direction of our major rail project in North London. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as General Foreman/ Site Supervisor and be familiar with lifts & bridge structures. They will be responsible for supervising works and controlling a team comprising Gangers and direct labour force, ensuring client specifications are met. Additionally, they will review progress, liaise with the commercial team, coordinate construction workers, make safety inspections, check site reports, maintain quality control procedures, order plant and materials, and collate documents.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will hold SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid at Work, Fire Marshall, CSCS or equivalent qualifications. Previous experience working within the civils sector, particularly with Tier 1 contractors, is essential. They must also have full right to work in the UK.

Estimated Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
