General Manager in Training

We are seeking a driven and passionate individual to join our team as a General Manager in Training. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in the success of our Tenpin centres.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to develop their skills and experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a General Manager in Training, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of a Tenpin centre
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and control centre operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a management or leadership role in the hospitality or leisure industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
