Job Role: Support Professional

We are seeking a Support Professional to join our team in Kidderminster. As a Support Professional, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prompting service users to live independently and enjoy a fulfilling life
  • Supporting and encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
  • Maintaining and helping with healthcare needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administering medication
  • Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills, and shopping
  • Assisting with personal care, depending on the service user
  • Assisting with domestic tasks, including cleaning and cooking

Experience within the care sector is not essential, as we offer full training. However, what you do need is the enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values every day to ensure we move mountains to support people to live happy and healthy lives.
