We are a specialist day care and overnight respite provider for children and young people with learning disabilities, serving the local community of Worcestershire.

Job Summary

As a Residential Support Worker at Kidderminster Short Breaks, you will be working directly with children and young people, building effective relationships with them, their families and other professionals. You will also provide support and care to children who may be awake through the night, working on a wake-night shift from 21:30-07:30 two nights a week.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of experienced Residential Support Workers, supporting children and young people in need. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

  • A competitive salary of £12,290 - £12,494 per annum, plus time and a third enhancement for working between 10pm and 6am.

Salary Details
