About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Podiatry team based out of Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, and Tenbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to a team of community-based Podiatrists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake administrative duties specific to the role, including data inputting, filing, scanning, referral processing, and adding appointments to clinicians' diaries.
  • Answer and deal with telephone enquiries in a professional manner, seeking guidance as required, and recording details accurately.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, order and maintain stock supplies, and prepare for and attend appraisal meetings.
Requirements
  • Recent, relevant experience in an Administrative/Secretarial/Reception Role.
  • Ability to meet the travel requirements of the role and demonstrate a professional manner as a representative of the Trust and Service.
  • Good organisational skills, ability to adapt to changing needs of a service, and a good level of literacy and numeracy.
