  • Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Leading the Endoscopy team to ensure safe and efficient procedures
  • Collaborating with Consultants and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Ensuring adherence to departmental policies and procedures
  • Participating in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
