Key Responsibilities- Assessing and planning individualized Endoscopy care for patients
- Leading the Endoscopy team to ensure adherence to safe interventional procedures and efficient list management
- Exhibiting strong teamwork and collaboration with the wider hospital environment
- Participating in education, training, and development of other staff members
- Ensuring equipment is properly maintained and reporting any faults
- Preventing cross-infection by adhering to departmental policies and procedures
- Preparing patients for invasive procedures and providing initial urgent or emergency care as needed
