We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at The Forward Trust. As a key member of our integrated substance misuse team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals struggling with addiction.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver daily treatments and provide support to service users in their recovery from drug or alcohol addiction.
- Work collaboratively with registered nurses to provide clinical and psychosocial interventions at HMP Coldingley.
- Manage a caseload of clients, providing harm reduction advice, guidance, and developing recovery-based care plans.
- Deliver structured 1:1 and group work sessions to support service users in their recovery journey.
- 6 months' experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Experience of working with vulnerable adults presenting complex needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
