Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred care to clients with complex needs, including bowel management, catheter care, and PEG feeding.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care, preferably in a complex care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends.
