About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join our team at Woking MRI, which falls under our Ashford and St. Peter's MRI units in Surrey. The role is based across two sites, Woking and Chertsey, operating 4 MRI scanners. Our team of Radiographers and Administrators provides an efficient and professional service to patients, the Trust, and our private referrers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Healthcare environment, as they will be required to meet and greet patients. A key element of the role is to make telephone bookings for patients attending our services. To be successful in this role, you must have good communication skills, both written and verbal, together with good IT and administration skills. A flexible, organized, and enthusiastic attitude is essential.

Please note that this role will be primarily based at Woking MRI, but you will be required to work shifts in rotation across Woking and Chertsey.
