Primary Care Senior Staff Nurse

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes. Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert healthcare services to patients
- Provide comprehensive primary care health services as part of the integrated health service
- Undertake physical health assessments, run clinics, and provide and evaluate a range of health treatments and interventions
- Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and understanding of health issues and treatment options
- Ensure high standards of primary care services are delivered in a changing healthcare environment
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes

Requirements
- Registered Adult Nurse
- Evidence of personal and professional development in Nursing since Registration
- Practical experience of providing high-quality care and exceeding expectations
- Experience of providing and receiving supervision
- Experience of running clinics
