Palliative Care Staff Nurse

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centered care to patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families on the Inpatient Unit.
Key duties include:
- Assisting in the management and organization of the nursing service, including teaching junior staff and students.
- Providing a high standard of individualized care to patients and supporting relatives and carers.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dynamic Registered Nurse to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care to patients and their families.
We are looking for a nurse who is able to demonstrate sound clinical knowledge and an ability to link this to the specialty of palliative care.
The successful candidate will have:
- Current NMC Registration.
- Palliative care qualification (or willingness to complete).
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975, and as such, it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
