Woking & Sam Beare Hospice - A Leading Provider of Palliative Care Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Community Services Team at Woking & Sam Beare Hospice. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality palliative care services to patients and their families in Northwest Surrey.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of our palliative care services. You will work closely with our Clinical Nurse Specialists, Associate Clinical Nurse Specialists, Paramedics, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality palliative care services to patients and their families in Northwest Surrey
  • Work closely with the Community Services Team to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care
  • Contribute to the development of our palliative care services

Requirements

  • UK Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Evidence of recent professional updating and relevant personal development
  • Disclosure and Barring Service Check
  • Supporting Statement for the role
