Job Title: Associate Clinical Nurse Specialist - Community Specialist Palliative Care

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Nurse who is patient-focused and passionate about palliative care to join our friendly community specialist palliative care team at Woking and Sam Beare Hospice.

About the Role

This is an exciting developmental opportunity for a Associate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team and contribute to the delivery and development of palliative care services for people facing progressive and life-limiting conditions across our catchment area in Northwest Surrey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality palliative care services to patients and their families
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in the development and implementation of palliative care services
  • Contribute to the education and training of staff
