Job Title: Associate Clinical Nurse Specialist - Community Specialist Palliative Care

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Nurse who is patient-focused and passionate about palliative care to join our friendly community specialist palliative care team at Woking & Sam Beare Hospice.

About the Role

This is an exciting developmental opportunity for a Associate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team and contribute to the delivery and development of palliative care services for people facing progressive and life-limiting conditions across our catchment area in Northwest Surrey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality palliative care services to patients and their families
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in the development and implementation of palliative care services
  • Contribute to the education and training of staff
Requirements
  • UK Registration
  • Disclosure and Barring Service Check
  • Supporting Statement for the role
