Our client provides highly specialised, outcome-based care packages that allow clients to remain at home, even when they require complex healthcare. They are committed to maintaining high Care Quality Commission standards and being the preferred provider for homecare clients needing complex health interventions.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered General Nurse (NMC Registered Nurse) with up-to-date tracheostomy care and ventilator care experience to take on a challenging and rewarding role as a Regional Lead Nurse. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a patient-focused approach, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing Nurse Case Managers to ensure service delivery and growth, building relationships with health and social care commissioners, and ensuring clients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support Nurse Case Managers and carers
  • Oversee complaints, incidents, and safeguarding
  • Participate in a managers on-call rota
  • Maintain clinical policies and procedures
