Job Overview
We are currently seeking an Aquatic Team Lead to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our aquatic team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our swimming programmes to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective swimming programmes to meet customer needs.
- Lead and motivate a team of swim coaches to deliver high-quality teaching standards.
- Monitor and evaluate programme performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Promote and sell memberships to increase revenue and customer engagement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognized qualification in swimming coaching, such as ASA Level 2 or equivalent.
- Experience of leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
