Operations Team Lead

At Austin Fraser, we are currently supporting a leading FinTech organisation in their search for a Lead Operations Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing operational knowledge and expertise within the International Settlement Support team, focusing on Core Applications such as Authorizations, Settlement, Pricing, and Fees.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong cross-functional knowledge of the Payment Network Industry, with a focus on operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Prioritise and manage multiple concurrent projects and issues effectively.
- Communicate and collaborate across all levels of management to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Open to change, with the ability to adapt successfully to evolving demands and conditions.
