As a Barista Maestro at Costa Coffee, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a high-performing team. Our stores are the heart of the community, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for great coffee and people.
Your key responsibilities
- Take the lead on shifts to support your colleagues in delivering unbeatable experiences
- Make the most of people's talents to maximise sales
- Train and accredit new Baristas
- Drive high standards every time
About you
We're looking for someone with a passion for coffee and people. If you have a reliable and flexible approach, as well as a willingness to learn and take on shared responsibility, you'll thrive in this role. You'll also be a strong communicator and team player who can motivate and inspire others.
