Water Sports Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Water Sports Coordinator to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our aquatic team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering water sports activities to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead water sports activities, including swimming lessons and fitness classes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote and sell memberships to increase revenue and customer engagement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized qualification in swimming coaching, such as ASA Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation

Nuffield Health offers a competitive salary up to £21.60 per hour, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including access to our pension scheme and discounted gym membership. As a bank employee, you will have flexible working hours and the opportunity to work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
