We're looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Personal Trainer to join our team at Nuffield Health Newbury Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. As a key member of our fitness team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while building a successful career.

The salary for this role is based on 40 hours a week, with a guarantee of a minimum salary during probation. As your client base grows, you'll have the opportunity to reduce your gym floor hours and maximize your earning potential, which can reach up to £36,612.16 OTE.

To succeed in this role, you should be confident, outgoing, and approachable. You'll need to have achieved REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above) and be a natural communicator with excellent listening and explaining skills.

Your responsibilities as a Personal Trainer will include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients to help them achieve their fitness goals
  • Developing and delivering personalized training plans to meet client needs
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
