Facilities and Maintenance Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Facilities and Maintenance Director to join our team at Barchester_ApplyG CPA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our care homes.
As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and well-maintained environment for our residents and staff. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the maintenance activities of our care homes, including planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the upkeep of our care homes
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel to ensure effective delivery of maintenance services
- Collaborate with contractors and external agencies to ensure seamless maintenance operations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a maintenance or facilities management role
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
