Clinical Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at Cygnet Acer Clinic. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to our clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and therapeutic services to our patients.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical leadership and direction to our teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and therapeutic services.
- Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards.
- Leading and managing clinical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with other departments and stakeholders.
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care and services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Preparing and presenting reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for service improvement.
