NHS National Services Scotland is looking for a highly skilled Lead Pharmacy Services Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our General Practice Clinical Pharmacy service, leading on clinical service priorities and supporting the development of our pharmacy professionals.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality medicines management services, working closely with our multidisciplinary teams in GP practices and Community Health & Social Care (CH&SC) settings.

This role is critical in delivering our pharmacy service with a focus on medication reviews, supporting people to live longer and happier lives by helping them make best use of their medicines.

As a manager, you will have responsibility for the education, training, and development of our staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on clinical service priorities
  • Support the development of pharmacy technicians, prescribing support workers, and trainee pharmacy technicians
