Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Adult Practitioner to join our team in Castle Douglas. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing specialist support to individuals with complex needs. This will involve working closely with our service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring nature, and the ability to work independently. You must be willing to undergo training and obtain SVQ Level 2 certification.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Confidence in using computers.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts from 10 PM to 8 AM.
  • Specialist ABI and PBS training provided.


Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your basic pay, you will also receive a generous annual leave entitlement, access to a TRFS rewards scheme, paid travel and fuel allowance, continuous training and career development opportunities, and a refer-a-friend scheme with a reward of $100. We also offer a HSF Health Care plan.
