We are seeking a dedicated trainee to join our team and contribute to the preservation and promotion of Norfolk's rich cultural heritage. As a Museum Trainee, you will be part of a dynamic team working on various projects and initiatives that aim to engage and educate the public about the importance of cultural heritage.
The successful candidate will have a strong interest in museums, art, and culture, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as collections management, exhibition design, and community outreach.
With a competitive salary of £24,790 per annum (Scale D), this is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to start their career in the museum sector. The 12-month fixed-term contract offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience, build professional networks, and develop transferable skills that can be applied across various industries.
