Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced NHS Governance Facilitator to join our team in North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting governance systems and structures.

About the Role:

  • To work closely with Collaboratives, Services, and staff at all levels to develop and support quality improvement activities.
  • To design, register, and complete projects and action plans, using appropriate software and systems.
  • To act as a point of contact for NICE guidance and support the process from determining relevancy to action implementation.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate certificate in clinical effectiveness or audit, or equivalent experience.
  • Recognised project management qualification or willingness to work towards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build working relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
