Westmorland and Furness Council is embarking on a journey to improve the condition and maintenance of its corporate assets. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading the development, delivery, and management of a maintenance programme. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all buildings are compliant and safe, wind, and watertight. This will involve implementing improvements based on recent condition surveys and managing resources effectively to make our property portfolio safe, wind- and water-tight.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in programme management within a property-related field. Experience in managing teams and empowering them to grow and excel in their roles is essential. Exceptional stakeholder management abilities and excellent communication skills are also required. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality results and taking ownership of projects, we encourage you to apply.
