Support Worker for Young People

**Role Summary:** We are seeking a Support Worker for Young People to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting young people who are struggling to engage with education.
About the Role:
This role will involve working one-to-one with pupils, as well as communicating regularly with staff and parents. You will be required to run the facility for pupils who are struggling to fully engage in education, support students with challenging behavior, engagement, and attendance, and communicate regularly and effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
